Review on WINGOFFLY Universal Rotation Hardware Furniture by Derek Helvie

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice vintage style roller skates

I didn't have the same problem as your other reviewer. Actually I had no problems with it at all. Those brass wheels worked well and I was able to screw them into the wooden leg with no problem. The extra screw holes on the round part are for extra security, but I didn't even have to screw the round part into the wood as the screw on the wheel worked fine. I think the other reviewer must have had rotten peg legs because how else would you explain why he couldn't even do a simple job. In fact, I didn't even use any tools; I just turned the wheel with my hands and it worked. I now have these beautiful antique brass casters on my mid-century furniture and they were so easy to install they were half the price of other similar brass casters. All others cost twice as much but fit the leg easier and are nicer too. You just screw it in. I think the other reviewer didn't know how to incorporate it into their furniture. You will need to start by drilling a hole in the leg to insert the screw, but the hole drilled must be smaller than the size of the screw or the screw will not "hook" into the wood.

  • Handling equipment
Cons
  • Some small things
