The sound quality is excellent for phone calls, which is what I mainly use it for. I didn't use it to listen to music. I haven't had it long enough to appreciate the battery life. It is comfortable to wear. Comes with extra foam pads to ensure a good fit. A small note: the instructions are poorly printed (light gray on a white background) which makes it difficult to read. This should be easy for the manufacturer to fix. I will report on the battery life in a few weeks. The included carrying case is very handy to protect the device when not in use.
