First of all I have to admit that I was "the right guy" with this order. I've been looking for a container to store bread for a long time. When I saw that, my eyes lit up. It was perfect and I was excited (I know). When my package didn't arrive in what I felt was a reasonable time, I emailed the company about it. Her reply was prompt and helpful. They were also very accommodating which is much appreciated. They also have an updated tracking number. When the package arrived it was a little wrinkled. I was afraid the bread box would be dented, but the bread box is in perfect condition. It looks great on the counter. It has enough space for all my favorite breads. The price was also a lot cheaper than many of the other boxes I reviewed. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you to the company for your patience!
