Tray Overview: I bought these trays to use in different rooms of my home. The smallest is for the bathroom to carry small items to the dressing table, the medium for tea in the study and the large for groceries from the kitchen. They're very durable and made out of real wood, but I still used coasters on them in case heat and humidity might damage them. The black color goes with everything and the finish of the trays is very appealing. You can see the grain of the wood. Customer Service Review: My first set had a small chip in the center of the largest tray that couldn't be there due to shipping. I emailed the company and took a photo and they immediately sent me a second set! The second set was flawless and I use them every day now. I highly recommend this product and company.
