Works as advertised and is easy on the knees. So far, I've used it in the garage (much nicer than concrete) and for pulling weeds (no more gravel or dirt in the knees). I only rated it 4/5 stars for durability as I haven't had it long enough. Seems to be okay though, just not sure how it will do with age.
- Really helpful for protecting the old bones. Great size, thickness. Thumbs up.
- The thickness of the kneeling pad may make it difficult to balance on during exercises
