Well, you get what you pay for, but when the PSU starts right on the day the return window closes, sounds like a plane's heart attack, it really is aggravating. It still works, but on startup it absolutely booms for a good ten minutes before quieting down. Maybe a free fan, but I don't know. I can't open it without destroying this stupid thing. Doesn't happen all the time, so at least it's not a constant pest. If you can't handle something like this, get a higher quality branded product.
