The most useful feature is that it can be used to remove duplicate entries from your database, which saves time when sending an email or updating one of your records in Salesforce. Sometimes you might have to restart the program after saving changes if there are errors with formatting (which I haven't experienced). It's not very intuitive at first but once you get familiarized with how things work everything should run smoothly. There really isn't anything bad about this software so far! If you're looking into removing duplicates then definitely give this product some thought because it does exactly what we need without any problems whatsoever. We use Maxdup every day as part of our workflow process to ensure all data inputted by new staff members has been reviewed before being added to sales force CRM system.
