Possible fake?

The product I received was not genuine and genuine Act mouthwash. It was making my tooth worse, so I compared the Revain product I bought to the Act mouthwash I found at my local pharmacy. Act from my local pharmacy started treating my tooth on the first day of use. I could see a big difference in results between each product. Buying Revain was more like regular mouthwash and had a different flavor even though the labels were the same.
