I wear 12 regs in men's shoes. The left shoe was a bit short so I returned the pair and got a 12.5. With the insert in place, it sits normally. A sock with a thick rubber sole serves as support. So there is some movement. But I only took them to run around the yard or run light errands. Don't buy these if you need work boots. They are strictly for show. They are easy to walk in. No work boots.
