Basically I bought this model because it looked cute and fun. The weather has gotten warmer since I got it so I haven't had a chance to see if it's really helpful. I've only used it briefly a few times, but it seems to work - I could hear clearly, and obviously the other person could hear me. One gripe: the charging port is inside the glove, you have to poke the USB connector through a tiny hole in the fabric and then fumble to connect it to a connector you can't see. I found that very difficult.
