This was a gift given to me. After taking it out of the freezer, set it on the kitchen counter to step away quickly and it exploded on its own. I wasn’t sure what the sound was, as it sounded just like a lightbulb that goes out. I was looking all over to see which lightbulb popped and looked over at my ice globe on the counter. It was shattered, the liquid running out of it and pieces of glass from a distance all over the kitchen and living room floor. Luckily I did not step on any glass but I was so freaked out thinking about what would’ve happened if it exploded while using this on my face! I’m so relieved it’s never exploded while doing facials on my family members.
