I followed the instructions. The area where you can see in the picture that the necks of the wine bottles are sticking out of these open slots is not what is happening on mine. The slots are not wide enough to slide the bottle down from the top and the slot is too far down to allow the bottle to slide down it. Because of this feature, I got really interested in this topic. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but I'm playing around.
