Update: Original post below. At first I wasn't happy with my purchase. After voicing my concerns and honestly not even wanting to try replacing or returning it (just willing to throw it away) I was contacted by the company. They helped figure out the reasons why the case doesn't fit. In the end they sent me a replacement. After a few weeks of using the new one, I'm happy with the case. It feels like it will be durable and support my iPad. I really wanted to love this case and so far it has worked well. What worries me is that after a few days and tries the front end will haphazardly come loose and the pieces, particularly the side pieces, will need to be snapped into place. I've read the instructions and made several attempts, but this keeps happening. This makes me feel less safe if my iPad falls. I believe this is how part 6 snaps in and the fit just isn't very tight. I still have a few days to come back, so of course I'm thinking about it.
