First, it leaks and spills. So if you put it in your pocket on the go or if it tips over, expect it to spill over the top cap rim. Also, it's not the easiest water bottle to use since you have small hands and won't fit in most vehicle or gym cup holders. The biggest problem for me was that it doesn't hold the cold. I poured ice water into this water bottle at 6:30 am and by 12:00 pm all the ice had melted and the water was no longer cold, it was about 72 degrees room temperature. I kept it on my desk while I was working so I wasn't outside or exposed to high temperatures. We swear by the 24 oz Contigo stainless steel Autoseal water bottles so we were hoping this bottle would be on par, but unfortunately it's a disappointment.
