Review on 🍎 Disney Women's VL2001 Evil Queen Silver Dial Silver-Tone Charm Watch: Embrace Time with a Touch of Disney Magic! by Joy Owens

The evil queen is one of my favorite villains so when I saw this watch I wanted her. When it arrived the watch was not working due to dead battery. (There weren't any of those plastic protrusions that normally hold the dowel pin to pull the battery out) The watch was so adorably cute that I just couldn't part with it in the time it would take to ship the watch. back and waiting for a new one to arrive, so I decided to replace the battery myself. When my jeweler changed the battery, he informed me that the waterproof seal was also damaged, so I had to replace that as well. Not much, just an extra $15 before I can even wear it once. Again, my choice is to repair rather than send back. One of the best parts of this watch, to me, are the little charms that depict different aspects of the story, but that's where the critical design flaw comes in. This watch is very heavy - all pendants and strap links are all metal (not hollow). The apple closest to the dial is the heaviest pendant of all. After wearing this watch for just a few days, I had a glass crack due to an apple hitting the surface of the glass and cracking the mesh. The loop that attaches the apple leaves enough room for the apple to land right on the queen's face. Imagine my frustration after all the effort (and money) I put into getting the clock to work, only to have it happen now. I'm trying to decide if I want to keep the watch at this point or send it back for a refund. It's really AMAZING, but the functionality required more thought. I would advise anyone who buys this watch to change the position of the apple pendant as soon as you receive it. I think moving the apple to a different location on the watch strap would solve the problem. I gave this product three stars to break up the difference between 5 stars for the cute factor and 1 star for the design and quality. Apparently my queen isn't the prettiest of them all.
