I like the weight of this item. It fits perfectly in my first aid kit - a little more, and the door won't close. The subjects are surprisingly versatile. I wasn't sure if it would fit me when I bought it, but I'm actually quite happy with it. I use it to store a variety of items, including a full-size tube of toothpaste, mascara, tweezers, orthodontic cleaning tools, WaterPik attachments, a couple tubes of cosmetics, and a travel toothbrush (two-piece with a head that you slide into the case to keep organized to hold - it is in this storage position and fits nicely in one of the large compartments). Reduced the clutter on the bathroom countertop and items will no longer fall out of the first aid kit when it is open.
