There are so many consultants out there, it can be really difficult to find them without researching each candidate's background thoroughly! While I've had pretty good experiences with most of my recruiters at SPENCER STUART - they were super helpful as well when things needed addressing further after our initial meeting or phone call -- which made me feel like we could connect more closely during such conversations too.-- Their database search tool was also very accurate in finding candidates who fit what your current position/role would require; making job hunting much easier since you didn't always have people trying apply but failing because no one happened upon their list. For example (and this wasn't an issue per say), while working through hiring requirements/scopes specifically relating towards HR positions-- sometimes you get confused between various levels within certain titles etc.. I have used several different consultants from this firm in my past; they are always professional, attentive to detail and very well versed with HR practices/policies as far back as pre-employment screening! They're not afraid of getting their hands dirty doing research or digging through boxes! It's nice when you can find someone who does what it takes but also knows how important your time & resources truly matter too.
