Review on 🎨 Dorel Living Drafting and Craft Counter Height Desk: Perfect Black Beauty for Crafters and Artists by Jesse Hernandez

My review of Dorel Asia WM3514 drawing and craft table, table height, espresso. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I have considered other reviews that said there were many parts, damaged etc. Other than that, yes there were many parts. But to my surprise, many of the pieces were already together. The sides of the table, for example, were already fixed. Did I feel like it would have to be a lot of parts and too much work, not really. In the past I've assembled a few tables, an entertainment center, a couple of chairs, a bookshelf, etc. Nothing really new. It always takes time to build something. Pay more money if you want it already built. You get what you pay for. At least when it comes to damage. I was concerned about this, especially when I received my package in the mail. The box looked as if it had survived a war. Luckily when I opened the box I saw how neatly packaged these parts were and there was plenty of protection around them. Despite the appearance of the box, I had no damage to the items I received. After assembly I was disappointed in one aspect. I didn't like that some of the internal wood fittings were cheap and flimsy. When I started screwing them in, some cracked as I tightened them. Be careful not to tighten the parts any more than necessary, especially the internals, after you have fitted all the other parts, the internals should be fairly tight. Hope that helps. Why I gave it 4 out of 5: Pros: Good solid wood for exterior parts, looks well made, good instructions with great visual descriptions for many parts involved, great price, has lots of organization space, comes in box with good interior protection! Cons: Some of the internal parts are cheap flimsy wooden pieces that break easily, it takes about 3/4 hours to make one person, there are enough parts to assemble (so don't lose anything on table making!), I wish there were a little more space under the counter but would still be nice to have. Main reason for a star deduction: wood breaks easily! This is a really high quality desk once assembled
