Great quality for everything you get. The hand itself is very strong. The clamps/knobs to fix the position of the mount joints work very well. The springs used to move the mount lever are ideal in that they are not too tight to allow the mount to be pulled to a specific position, be it too high or too low. The freedom of movement is also great. I have no problem moving the mount to a specific spot or to the side. I will also say that there is no squeaking from the joints when driving (it was only a couple of weeks). Overall I have no complaints and am very impressed with the ease of installation as well as the quality! Also, this is my first mic arm so I don't have a lot to compare it to, but if you're in the same category as me or want value for money I highly recommend it!
