My main complaint is that it's thick. An empty wallet is actually thin. But credit cards are held vertically and directly on top of each other. So with credit cards, health cards, membership cards, driver's licenses, etc., this thickness is conspicuous and annoying. Other wallet designs hold the cards horizontally and the card slots are staggered, allowing the cards to spread out a bit in the wallet to make them thinner and better fit in the pocket. The second downside is the lack of a built-in transparent driver's license slot. I got this as a replacement for an old (discontinued) Eagle Creek model that has similar features but doesn't have the two downsides mentioned in this wallet. On the other hand, this wallet is well made with nice features like velcro closure and zippered money pocket. If you're short on cards, this wallet might suit you.
