I bought it for my girlfriend and we had problems with it at first. I contacted the company after my return and described the problem. They helped me troubleshoot and found that the one I ordered had some issues through no fault of the company. At first I just asked for chords to fix the problem because I was sure that was the problem. Next thing I know I received an email saying they would completely replace it due to issues I was having and it was preventing my girlfriend from running her business at full speed.
