So the first bag came with uneven panels. The purse had panels sewn on to create the design and they weren't even on each side (spacing/size of the panels) and it was an obvious difference so the bag looked odd. So we sent the first one back and ordered another one the same day, the second one came in perfect condition. If the second one had come the same way we would have sent it back as well, but it came in perfect condition. So maybe a defective item slipped through production, no big deal. My wife loves the bag.
