I've always loved using heatless curlers to give my hair a break from hot styling, but since growing my hair really long (to my buttocks) , I've found I use a lot The technique I've used won't work. I've tried different products but the length has always been an issue. these worked great. I was able to wrap an entire strand of hair in curlers and then remove them without getting tangled in my hair. One problem I had was that 20 rollers wasn't enough, so I ordered a second pack. I have long and medium hair, I had to wrap 14 curlers on one side. Since I didn't have enough to curl both sides, I can't speak to the longevity of the curl, but I did a full set on one side so I can tell how it curled. I was pretty impressed. I applied air-dried mousse to slightly damp hair and twisted it into curlers. I didn't find it uncomfortable, I think I can sleep in it, but I'm not sure if it will be necessary. I only had 10 minutes when I realized I wouldn't have enough, although my hair wasn't completely dry the resulting curl was very similar to the loose curls I do with a flat iron. If I let the section dry completely it would be a nicely formed curl for sure. I'm very glad I finally found a way to curl my hair without heating. Can't wait for my second order to arrive so I can make the full set. I'll update my rating if things don't go as planned, but for now I expect they'll do very well.
