Common display error; almost no email support

Good:1. Came without windows key, emailed company, received key.2. The games have excellent FPS as expected. Cons: 1. Terrible black screen issue that isn't fixed by all the software troubleshooters I've tried. I can game for 5 minutes to 4 hours before my GPU clearly fails and I'm forced to restart the PC only to experience more crashes in even shorter periods of time and sometimes even no games at all. 2. The PC itself is pretty securely locked, so I can't figure out how to "reseat" the GPU after opening the sidebar. Heck, if I wanted to try and fix the hardware, I wouldn't buy a ready-made one.3. The PC appears to be using an Apevia power supply which online reviews have been known to cause many types of crashes including but not limited to black screens, blue screens and -component browning-? It looks like this could possibly be to blame for other bad reviews. No email support for black screen issues. For example, do they have too many computers waiting to answer everyone? whoops To be honest I should have gone back asap but the problem seemed to go away with small software fix packs until it just went away and was happening basically every day or even every hour. Edit: I want to mention this. There may be a hardware compatibility issue between the Ryzen processor and the power supply installed in my system. After searching online I saw many people with Ryzen 3xxx with the same black screen, maximum fan failure as mine. I've also seen this problem caused by gigabyte 3xxx cards and 3xxx cards in general. Maybe not the right time for a gaming PC.
