I wrote most of the following reviews after I put the jacket on for the first time. I only bought it about 8 months ago and probably haven't worn it more than 10 times, but when I went out this morning I got wet on a short walk (45 minutes, first 15-20 minutes with only a light drizzle, followed by a steady , moderately heavy rain). I'm disappointed. Also, the zipper on one of the pockets is broken and the pockets aren't big enough for my phone, which is annoying. Previous review below: Well, that's fine. It's not fully waterproof, but close enough. Had my first chance to wear it in the rain yesterday and it held up well for a short walk. Today I went for a longer walk (about 45 minutes + a bit) and it started raining again (although still not a real downpour) and towards the end of the walk water started seeping through the side seams under my arms. Leak, my main complaint is that the hood doesn't have a drawstring, making it useless in any wind. The style is good and it fits well. The ruffle around the waist makes it look less messy, and the elasticated wrists ensure my mockup doesn't stand out like an old raincoat. is already beginning to flow.
