While this is a very durable case that protects your iPhone 11 Pro max very well, I was disappointed that the painted finish that appears to mimic anodized scratches easily scratches without mishandling or drops. You can't reconfigure your home screens because you can't drag apps far enough to the side of the screen to put them where you want them, so I removed the included screen protector by slicing it with a razor blade so I can move my apps from screen to screen by dragging them in place, much better with a glass protector if the paint couldn't be easily scratched I would give five stars. I bought another protective case to replace as judging by its appearance it will scratch easily with normal activity and not abuse, durable hard case with faint cheap anodizing or coating, wobbles and misses. In my case, it SUPPORTS wireless charging. I do not recommend this protective case if you want it to always look good with good care. It will get scratched if that doesn't matter buy it, it looks nice and protects the phone very well.
