Product arrived very well packaged with protective plastic caps. I've printed about four pages so far and the quality has been good. I like that I'm not tied to the printer's specifications. It can decide on a whim to charge me tons for refueling or stop refueling if it chooses. It goes without saying that the Printer Company has done so much over the years that it is difficult to get print cartridges other than their own. Including using chips to empty cartridges (I read that HP recently emptied cartridges with enough ink, but because the person didn't pay for the service it stopped working. Terrible!). I also need to send back my used ones which I will do soon. When I needed more ink, a sticker was put on my printer. Nothing to like as long as cautious optimism. I'm not rating durability as I don't know yet. I hope to order from this company again in the future. Many Thanks.
