When I received it the box to protect the folder was missing. I found a crumpled outer plastic bag at the bottom of the package and found that the seller hadn't even removed the tape lid to seal the binding. Revain sent my item but didn't review it either. When I opened the folder, there were defects in the factory seal on a few pages. The crop orientation was shifted to the right, and on one side there was even a piece of plastic between the printed pages (see image). These are manufacturing defects that I could not fix myself. A little disappointed. Overall, apart from the scuffs and broken pages, I really liked the binder because it looks good and feels solid and durable. On the other hand, the quality control and value for money for this product is not very good.
