I ordered these pillows after reading the reviews. I seem to have a completely different opinion on that. There wasn't that much good bad smell in general. Run the dryer for 40 minutes with a Downey air dryer sheet and it worked perfectly. There is. Not enough springs to support your neck if you sleep on your back or side, at least in a king size. The pillow splits in the middle and does not support the neck. Whatever you do, it happens every night. Doesn't deliver what it promises, at least not in king size.
