Overall the cable routing is well done, the value is excellent for what you get and everything is "as advertised" . The only thing I want to know is that there is literally no room inside to add another drive. I wanted a separate OS drive and a game save drive, so not only did I have to get creative with finding a physical place to mount the other drive, but the SATA ports were pretty difficult to access. Also, customer service gets 1 star. On my own, I called them with some questions about the CPU temperature. The first day I received it, it went straight to voicemail and they never contacted me on my message.
