1. Good interface to set up multiple instances to handle different workloads of multiple clients.2. Support for VMWare, Docker is added but not included in the support, so a client needs to fork out for this. VMWare/Docker support should be included in every version.Good software but the pricing strategy is hard to understand - we didn't know if we are on a month to month contract, per GB of data processed, annually, etc. The Digi Assist pricing is not intuitive. Our company uses Digi Assist to handle employee onboarding. We also use the proxy and OCR features to extract data as soon as possible. I like that it is easy to use and can be deployed with minimal training. It’s very customizable, but sometimes you have to dig for solutions. Sometimes the support team doesn't know how to help you out so you have to keep digging. There are a lot of different features that can be used. We use this software to help process our payroll. This allows us to track employee paychecks and pay our employees faster than ever before!
