Review on Versatile and Durable: Lodge AS7SKT31 Square Silicone Skillet for Superior Cooking Experience by Brock Chisholm

This rack is ideal for pots up to 7" in diameter or slightly larger. This comes in very handy for my stainless steel pan which is just under 7 inches! As it's made by Lodge I was surprised they didn't make larger trivets for their large cast iron skillets or Dutch ovens. I have a Lodge Dutch Oven that is significantly larger than 7 inches so I cannot use it. Glad I ordered an 11" cast iron skillet/Dutch oven rack! (This will be checked later.) If you need a larger stand, check out this one. The raised pattern on the pan is a very nice touch to bring it to life and provides a textured surface for better grip when using the stand as an oven mitt. .This product is made in China. ---If you need a 7 inch (or slightly larger) dish rack, this is a good choice.
