Great after retinal surgery
Bought for a friend after retinal surgery. She had to lie face down for weeks and this was one of her favorite pillows for work. I just wish there was a spare cap for it so there's always a clean one in reserve, but I couldn't find one. The pillow is "soft" but not so soft that it goes flat. I found it held its shape quite well.
