I've been drinking a lot of whey protein for many years, but over time I've had trouble digesting whey protein. So I started looking for a pure, complete, plant-based protein to replace the whey I use before and after my workouts...a combination of Perfect Keto, ProMix Whey Isolate, Naked Whey, Levels Provision, and Muscle Feast. While searching I came across PlantVital Complete Protein and decided to give it a try, mainly because it was the purest of all plant proteins and the best price per serving compared to similar brands/products. I'll be honest I had concerns/concerns that it would have that earthy green taste/smell that most plant proteins have. However, I was very surprised this morning. I unexpectedly found that the taste is excellent; Taste and texture/consistency were comparable to my whey shakes. I didn't change my usual recipe, just protein, and added 8 drops of liquid chocolate stevia in addition to my usual tablespoon of cocoa beans and was blown away by the flavor and texture. PlantVital has perfectly balanced a protein, fruit and vegetable blend into one delicious pure protein. I've tried all types of protein powders (whey, egg, and casein) and even after trying this, I've only been sold once. This is my new version of protein.
