There is an elastic band on the cap that allows you to control the tightness. People who write reviews and say it's not addictive are lying to themselves, it's all about the hat. It's nice and cozy and looks good anywhere. When it comes to sleeping or going outside. I drive a lot in my sleep and it stays on but I have to tighten it to get it snug so it gives me a bit of a headache. It is very comfortable and feels nice. It's worth it if you don't bother with it.
