Initially I took it to replace my old ones that were cut and cut. They worked fine for about 3 months, but after 3 months they started having really weird problems. Now I wear them and they turn the volume down on their own, and then when I turn up the volume after they turn themselves down, they repeat the volume over and over at maximum. UPDATE: So I contacted TOZO support and they wanted me to change my rating before sending me a new pair. I said no and it took over a month for them to send me a new pair and I was bombarded with emails asking them to change my review. The new pair they sent me is basically static with each base so again not worth the headache or email bombardment.
