We have a lot of cat beds at home so I was dying to try this one. It was molded in plastic when it arrived and took a while to fully puff out once pulled out. The material is really soft and snuggly, but I'm not sure how easy it will be to pull out the longer fur. Overall the bed seems nice and a good size but my cats just refused to use it. I've tried a few different places, tried putting her in there, putting treats in there etc. Nothing worked and it's too big to keep handy if he doesn't get used to it.
