Got this MIAO YU Hydration Pack with 2L BPA Free Hydration Bladder Hydration Pack, Insulated Hydration Pack with Storage, Hiking Backpack for Men Women Kids for Running Cycling Camping for our trip to Hawaii , and the kids could wear it quite a bit (I don't do all the work). It fits her small back, easy to carry, comfortable as I didn't hear her complain at all, easy to fill and set up and a blessing on mountain hikes. Definitely worth it.
