Ideal for plugging into the car and powering my Surface Pro 3. Also comes with a standard plug cable so I can plug it in 12V source on my foldable solar panel (P/N B00QF2NX0Q) to charge it anywhere, anytime (well, whenever there's sun :-)) I also have a KINGDO AC adapter (P/N B01GPFM5GA) for my Surface Pro 3. They both come in cute little pouches with fun writing on them and both have great fit, fit and function. In fact, I like the AC power adapter much better than the original Microsoft power adapter. Highly recommended.
