We have been using the phone for 15 days. The phone works like a phone. It might work like a smartphone, but we don't know that. There were no instructions with the phone. We got most of the core features as expected, but it was difficult without the online manual and many features remain unused due to our inability to open apps. We have been using Android phones for more than 10 years, but our acquired skills are not enough to fully use this phone. It was cheap and only bought because AT&T will no longer broadcast in 4G LTE once their 5G is up and running. If you know how to work in the Android environment, this phone may be for you, but do not give it to anyone who does not tolerate disappointment.
