This is a joke. The handle is very short. The photo shows the brush resting on a standard 12" x 12" floor tile to give an idea of the dimensions. You will bend down to use it. The diameter of the brush is very small and it is not "fluffy" at all. The head of it won't fill the holes in your wheels, so you'll have to manually move it around each hole to clear it. The handle is made of cheap plastic that can bend if you have to press down hard to clean a dirty surface. I'd be surprised if it survives the summer and doesn't fall apart.
