Easy Install Sliders

Very easy to install. Had to replace my other kit after getting caught in the rain with my R6. Skidded down two lanes of the freeway before coming to a not-so-smooth stop at a metal guardrail. Even the helmet broke from the blunt impact, but I still managed to get home. Unfortunately the Graves frame runners I had are no longer made which is a shame because they did exactly what they were designed to do. Protected fairings and a deformed protective collar took the brunt of the impact. I hope I don't have to "need" this set, but I'm more comfortable with them.

Pros
  • Shogun Frame Sliders are superior to other brands because of their design and material. Shogun washers are made from unbreakable UHMW impregnated with a UV protective polymer. Shogun discs absorb kinetic energy from collisions and won't shatter at low temperatures like some foreign recycled Delrin or fade in the sun. Each puck has an aluminum interference fit sleeve that holds it in place during impact to reduce the risk of the puck detaching from its attachment point.
Cons
