I wanted a wooden comb because I figured it would soak in whatever oil I use and soften the wood longer. Man am I ever glad I made it! This hairbrush is amazing and feels so comfortable! I'm growing my first beard in decades, so I completely forgot about the beard. I had a friend with me the first day who loves his beard. I let him use it and he loved it. As far as I know, he immediately ordered one. If this one breaks for some unforeseen reason, I'll reorder immediately. Why? Because it's not that easy to break. It also feels great in my hands, through my beard and smells great with my oils. The included little case is also handy to protect the comb when it's in my pocket or backpack. Update: Wanted to add that I ordered a second one of these after I fucking broke it. I wanted to say that this comb is tough as can be. The picture of the broken one was after I slammed the door. Twice. It was so hard to break it. That's great!
