Review on OFM ESS Collection Mesh Back Upholstered Side Chair with Arms - Sleek Black Design by Kathryn Brown

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Drilled the holes for the back or saved screws.

As others have said, the screws do not fit well in the back of the chair. I have found that I have to use screws to try to drill and loosen the holes and I have yet to get one of those 4 screws to go all the way into the chair. But with the screws for the base there are no problems. I really don't understand why it had to be such a PITA to collect everything because of the seat back segment. I have a feeling that only one drill is required for those 4 screws on the back. Too much hassle trying to use the included hex. **UPDATE: I found/concluded that the yellow color on the 4 screws for the back was causing the problem I was having installing the screws. Going in and out to get the yellow paint off the screws and once all the paint is gone it gets a little easier but until then it's absolute PITA. If only they didn't use the yellow bolts, things would be a little easier. I still think they drilled the wrong size holes or the drill bits used to drill the screw holes were overused and therefore made slightly narrower holes, which was enough to cause a problem. September 28, 2019 2 to 4. The chair is solid once you get through the build and I don't feel like I need to fix the build and the chair doesn't feel like it's going to break. Only the armrest for the right hand dangles, but this is only noticeable when I step on it - otherwise it sits without wobbling when using the chair. Just be aware that I won't be going through the build again, so I don't expect anyone else to want this; So make sure you have a friend or truck or van owner to transport it if you need to take it somewhere else as I definitely don't want to take it apart and go through the assembly step again.
