Have built some headlights with some Morimoto MH1 8.0 and wanted splitter to keep using 9005 replaced with 9011 (bulbs already modified to fit 9005 plugs) high beam. Received and connected to car wiring harness and solenoid, does not fit bulb 9005. Bulb 9005 has 2 slots in socket. This splitter had only one channel and lit a lightbulb. I had to cut the 2nd channel off the inside of the connector on the 9005/9011 bulb to allow this splitter to fit.
