Reverse buckle on strap
I really liked this purse but had to return it. It's very durable and I'm happy with the quality. BUT, the buckle on the strap faces backwards. It's hard to explain, but you tighten it like a belt and it hangs on your waist like a shoulder bag. When you do this, the extra strap will be up and then awkwardly down. So sad it really was what I wanted and there was no way to fix it.
