I've been quite happy with everything I've ordered from Monoprice over the years. This time, however, was different. When I opened the box, the boxes were visibly damaged on the inside, as was the styrofoam packaging. There were also two empty plastic bags. I later discovered what was probably missing. Screws that fit the back of my monitor. Luckily I had some supplements but it would be very frustrating if I didn't. Also, I had to disassemble the edge clip to mount it on my desk with the main screw in the hole clip installation. Another Monoprice desk mount I bought earlier had none of these issues and was easy to install.
