The top won't be kind to the girls who are more fortunate in this department, it's tight but not overpowering. In my opinion leggings are squat proof and clothes are sweat proof. I have the small ones, they fit well, the waistband on the leggings is a bit loose after a bit of training. The material is super soft and breathable
