It's easy to assemble - you just screw the stand into the base. The base isn't as wide and heavy as it could be, and if you're hoping to use it for anything other than storing table numbers, it might not work. They're great for indoors, but outdoors they're more likely to fall off in the slightest breeze. Racks are straight, not bent or curved. They look great, their only problem is the base. Burying them in a small glass bowl with pebbles or colored stones will easily solve the problem and they are suitable for outdoor use. I would rate this 4.5 stars.
