I am an Ironman and have tried many different brands of running shoes for flat feet. I have very flat feet and am an overpronator. 20 years ago when I was running amicably, Mizuno was recommended to me for flat feet. I loved them then, but I also love ASICS and Brooks Beast. Returning to Mizuno convinced me to go back to the old days and stay with them. They have the rebound and support I need despite being lightweight. I don't care if my sneakers look their best, but as a plus it looks really cool.
